Puiforcat Silverplate Dog Bowl
Puiforcat silverplate dog bowl in Mid-Century Modern style, with an elegant, geometric design. It measures 8 1/2'' by 3'' and bears hallmarks as shown. Founded in 1820 by Emile Puiforcat, the Parisian family workshop has passed down its renowned silverwork mastery from one generation to the next. It was the visionary leadership and artistic talent of Jean E. Puiforcat, the fourth generation in the workshop, that truly brought the world’s attention to Puiforcat; his design legacy was a significant contribution to the studio, and in turn a major contribution to the international Art Déco movement of his time. NO published price will beat ours. We hand polish all items before shipping them out, but if there is interest for a professional polishing and/or engraving removal, we can take care of that for an additional charge and with delayed shipping.
