Barry Kieselstein‑Cord (born November 6, 1943, in New York City) is an American designer, artist, and photographer. He studied at Parsons School of Design, New York University, and the American Craft Institute. Before launching his own label, he worked in advertising and art direction. In 1972 he founded the brand “Kieselstein‑Cord” (often abbreviated BKC).
Over time his company expanded beyond jewelry into belt buckles, leather goods (bags, belts, handbags), accessories, home furnishings, etc. He has received the prestigious Coty award.
